  2. Pavilion Rental Agreement Application

    Please fill out the fields below, the application will be submitted to the Aquatics Director.  You will be notified within 3 business days of the approval.  The fee for the rental is $40 and must be paid at the time of booking.  

  6. Available Days and Times:

  12. ALL POLICIES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, VILLAGE OF RANTOUL, RANTOUL RECREATION DEPARTMENT AND RECREATION FACILITIES APPLY TO EACH MEMBER OF THE GROUP RENTING THE HAP PARKER FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER. 

     

    These conditions shall include, but are not limited to:

    1. No alcohol allowed on village property
    2. No smoking in the Aquatic Center areas (designated area outside the facility only)
    3. All patrons in attendance must exit pavilion area by the end of their reservation time. 
    4. Pavilion area must be clean prior to leaving. Staff will provide supplies if necessary.
    5. No outside food and drinks at any time. (Birthday cake/ice cream can be brought and stored in concession stand until ready to serve.  Limited room available in cooler.)
    6. Concession stand purchases available. Regular pricing applies, no discounts. 
    7. Proper swim attire is required.

     

    • Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations due to weather will be refunded in full.

    Refund in full will be issued if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to rental date.
