INVITATION FOR BID - MULTIPLE ROOF REPLACEMENT
The Project consists of the Replacement of exising roofing systems on
five(5) buildings. Tear-off and disposal of existing roofing systems; membrane underlayments,
insulation, flashings and accessories (including fasteners) to expose the existing roof decks.
Installation of new single-ply roofing systems including EPDM membrane, coverboard,
insulation, accessories and all required flashings.
** A prebid conference has been scheduled for on TUESDAY June 9, 2020 starting at 8:00
am at the Rantoul Business Center - 601 S. Century Blvd., Rantoul, IL. The Prebid
meeting is NOT mandatory, however interested contractors should attend this meeting
to familiarize themselves with the project area **
