The Village of Rantoul, Illinois is requesting prospective firms provide a proposal and
qualifications for architectural and engineering services for the IDNR PARC 14-074 grant for the
FORUM FITNESS CENTER RENOVATION & EXPANSION in Rantoul, IL 61866.
This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois Department of Natural
Resources, “Park and Recreational Facility Construction Grant Program” (PARC) grant
program.
The Village of Rantoul encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and successful
contract bidders to utilize minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment,
services, and construction.
Proposals will be received until 3:00 P.M. prevailing time, Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at the
Village of Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, IL 61866.
