119 E SANGAMON ACQUISITION & REDEVELOPMENT
The Village of Rantoul Community Development Department is requesting proposals for the redevelopment of the Village owned, 2-story building, located at 119 E Sangamon Avenue, Rantoul. The Village seeks a qualified developer to purchase and improve the vacant 2-story building. The Village will consider all proposals that contemplate rehabilitation of the property and are compatible with the Downtown neighborhood and with adopted codes.
