The Village of Rantoul seeks submissions from qualified ambulance providers that can provide advanced life support (ALS) ambulance transport services. Through this process, the Village is primarily looking to achieve:
1. Better ALS and ambulance transportation services to Village of Rantoul residents and visitors.
2. Increased in-kind services and/or financial participation by ambulance service providers.
3. The ability to collaborate productively on future needs and projects.
The successful ambulance service provider will have the qualifications and staff resources necessary to perform and deliver the services to the Village of Rantoul as outlined under the Scope of Services to assist the Village in its mission to provide quality public safety services to its residents. The Village is ultimately seeking to enter into a franchise agreement with a sole provider.
