The Village of Rantoul is issuing this Request For Proposal for qualified parties interested in providing Rental Car Services at the Rantoul National Aviation Center Airport and for the Village. The Village owns and operates the Airport. The Respondent would lease up to 140 square feet of a + 4,500 square foot Airport terminal building, which is connected to a + 18,750 square foot hangar, for office space along with access to a counter area. Utilities and parking spaces necessary for the operation of a Rental Car Service would be provided by the Airport. This RFP document provides background and general information for Responders and is to be used as a guideline to develop a proposal.
