The Village of Rantoul is seeking qualified firms to propose and provide a video solution for the Village of Rantoul board room.
Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. prevailing time, Wednesday, August 26, 2015, at the Village of Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, IL. Proposals received after the closing time, at the discretion of the Village may be rejected and returned unopened. Proposals submitted by mail should be identified on the outside of the envelope as a Proposal for RFP VRNTL-16-R-01 Board Room Video Upgrade and should be addressed to: Village of Rantoul, Comptroller, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, Illinois 61866. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
