1.03 RE: RANTOUL MUNICIPAL BUILDING SECURITY UPGRADES
A. The Village of Rantoul invites submission of sealed bids for the partial renovation and building security upgrades of the Rantoul Municipal Building located at the above address. Bids are due at the Rantoul Municipal Building before 2:00 pm on the 1st day of December 2016, after which the bids will be opened and read aloud publicly.
B. Project Description: Renovate limited areas of the Rantoul Municipal Building to provide security upgrades. Work shall minimally include but not be limited to partial demolition of interior items including partition walls, doors, windows and associated hardware and electrical items. New work includes interior partition walls, doors and security hardware, security windows, upgrades to security hardware for existing exterior doors, minor interior finishes work and electrical work associated with upgrading security hardware and other renovation work as required.
