RUDZINSKI PARK REDEVELOPMENT
The Village of Rantoul, Illinois invites prospective contractors to bid on the RUDZINSKI PARK
REDEVELOPMENT project located at the northwest corner of Baerman Drive and Glenwood
Drive in Rantoul, Illinois. This project is being financed, in part, with funds from the Illinois
Department of Natural Resources, “Open Space Lands Acquisition & Development” (OSLAD)
grant program.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at the site on February 12, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not
mandatory, but it is highly recommended that all Bidders visit the site and familiarize themselves
with the project area.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. prevailing time on Friday, February 21, 2020, at the
Village of Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, IL.
