G.I.V.E IT - Gain, Inspire, Venture, & Enjoy. Easy to learn Hip-Hop Funk dance moves, no experience needed to have a good time.
F.S.C.T - Functional Strength & Conditioning Training exercises are designed to be performed at a moderate to high intensity, allowing the body to more effectively burn calories, reduce body fat percentage, and build more muscle. Muscle burns more calories than fat, which is one of the many benefits of a regular weight-training routine.
HIIT SQUAD - It's proven, those that workout together stay committed longer and have better results, so join the SQUAD! A great, full body, interval circuit training workout, focuses not only on your health but building camaraderie in a supportive environment.
STEP ENERGY - Using an elevated platform, participants will step to the rhythm of the high energy music and complete upper body strength exercises. Step Energy will not only tone your glutes and legs but will build your stamina and increase endurance. A great full-body workout.
SEATED COMBO - A low impact mix of everything you need! Designed to improve your stability, focusing on functional movements your body makes throughout the day. Includes strength, cardio, balance, and core.
LOW IMPACT - Jumping and pounding, Oh No! A class gentle for new comers and those that are looking for a low impact class that meets every need. Using hand weights and resistance bands this class will get you going in the right direction towards your fitness goals.
FIT HAPPENS - Our low impact cardio class designed to be easy on your body while you improve strength and endurance. Use of a step is optional as teaching method allows you to move at your pace and ability.
SEATED YOGA - A low impact mix of everything you need! Designed to improve your stability, focusing on functional movements your body makes throughout the day. Includes strength, cardio, balance, and core.
CORE - 30-minutes of non-stop CORE work to get you through your work day!
