Q: Can I use my cell phone?

A: Cell phones may be used for your entertainment and communication however; photography and video recording are prohibited in all areas of our facility.

Q: Is there a specific dress code for the gym?

A: The FORUM asks that you use discretion. Shirts must be worn at all times. Proper athletic clothing and athletic shoes with non-marking soles are to be worn.  Athletic tops must me the top of pant waistband. 

Q: What are the facilities personal hygiene standards?

A: Be considerate of personal space and excessive use of fragrances. Strong odors of any kind can disrupt another member’s experience.

Q: What is the age limit?

A: Those over the age of 14 can be anywhere in our facility unattended. Under age 14 is prohibited in our exercise areas.

Q: Can I bring food or drinks into the gym?

 A: No food is allowed in the gym. Water bottles, sports drinks, coffee, all require a lid to prevent spills. Glass containers and gum are prohibited.

Q: Is there a Code of Conduct?

A: Inappropriate language and behavior do not reflect FORUM philosophy and will not be tolerated. Please treat fellow members and staff with honesty, caring, and respect. Although competitive spirit is encouraged and expected in the facility, the true nature of good sportsmanship shall be observed at all times.

Q: Where do I store my personal items?

A: FORUM Fitness Center is not responsible for personal items left in our facility. We encourage all members and guests to lock items in our lockers and refrain from brining valuable items inside our facility.

Q: Is there a specific dress code?

A: The FORUM asks that you use discretion. No cut-out tank tops, exposing chest for males or short cropped sports bra/tops, exposing mid-section for females. Shorts must cover entire rear in all movable situations. Closed-toed shoes are required in all designated exercise areas.
